Refund policy

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. We offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it.

Items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days from the day it was received. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees to return the item back.

All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. Please allow up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

To start a return, please contact us at info@prepandrally.com with your request and order number. We will handle the return details from there.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
